1、 Basic installation acceptance

Firstly, check if the installation positions of the switches and sockets are correct, and ensure that the installation is flat and stable. The box is installed completely without deformation, and the cover plate is tightly attached to the wall.

In addition, the power can be cut off and the cover can be opened to check whether the wiring inside the box meets the requirements without damaging the wire core. The box body requires good insulation treatment.

2、 Installation appearance

During acceptance, it is first necessary to check whether the surface of the switch socket product is still intact. If there are errors during decoration, compensation can be requested.

Then check whether the installation positions of the switches and sockets are correct, and the installation requirements are flat and stable; Check if the switch socket cover is tightly attached to the wall.

3、 Power on inspection of switch socket

By checking the switch, the conclusion of whether the corresponding electrical appliance is powered on can be drawn by opening and closing the switch to see if it is working properly.

However, checking the socket requires the use of a electroscope, which can be a specialized or mobile phone charger. The electroscope can be inserted into the socket outlet to check the power supply of each socket. If the indicator lights are all black, it indicates that there is a problem with the power supply of this socket and it needs to be repaired.

4、 Socket wiring inspection

The wiring of the socket is a bit more complex than that of the switch. During acceptance, it is also necessary to check whether the wiring of the socket is correct.

The inspection method is to use a socket detector to plug it into the socket, and then observe the lighting status of the N, PE, and L lights on the electroscope to determine whether the socket is wired correctly.

5、 Acceptance of installation level and verticality

When installing switch socket base plates in parallel, it is required to have equal heights, and the maximum allowable height difference should not exceed 0.5mm.

For all switches in the house, if there are no special requirements, the height should be equal, and the height difference should not exceed 5mm. In addition, the panel can be tested for verticality through a pendant line, with an allowable deviation of 0.5mm.
